Refund policy
Shipping
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via PostNL or GLS, ensuring your parcel arrives safely and on time. We aim to deliver orders within 2 to 3 days in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and within 3 to 6 days to the rest of Europe. Orders are shipped on business days around 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Our packaging is designed to protect the products effectively, minimizing the risk of damage during transport. We do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
Returns are only possible if the product is not a personalised item with custom designs or initials. Other existing products and designs can be returned. This is possible within 30 days (after purchase) if you are not satisfied with the case or if the product does not meet your expectations. Returns are only accepted for purchases made via Lunso.eu.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation. Without these components, we cannot accept the return shipment. Additionally, we do not accept returns of incorrectly ordered items or products that have been damaged due to negligence or improper use.

- Order number
- Invoice or packing slip
- Photo or video (if needed)
- Phone number and email address
Cancellations
It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been processed and shipped. If this is not yet the case, please contact us before we dispatch your order: sales@lunso.eu. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation. Orders are shipped on business days around 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days and returned using the same payment method (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.). All refunds exclude shipping and administrative costs, except in the case of defective items.
